Kathleen is in Georgia, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Kathleen follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

⭐️ 1 star — Extremely disappointing. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience genuinely deserves one. For the prices at Woodlands, I expected a much higher level of quality and attention to detail. I ordered a sandwich with lettuce, cream cheese, onions, and avocado. I had to return it three separate times because the ingredients I specifically requested were repeatedly missing. It wasn’t until the third attempt that the avocado was finally added. The onions that were eventually added were also extremely careless — large, rough pieces that looked like they had simply been thrown onto the sandwich with no attention to preparation or presentation. What made it even more disappointing was seeing photos from other customers, where the sandwich actually looks nicely grilled, with visible grill marks and served with chips. Mine looked nothing like those photos. No grill marks, no chips, and honestly very little resemblance to what is advertised. My husband ordered the chicken for his waffle extra crispy, and it also came without being extra crispy. While we were expressing our frustration, one of the girls heard us and kindly asked my husband if everything was okay. She

We were passing through on our way back home to Florida with five kids and a dog and came in for breakfast. We couldn’t have found a more perfect spot. The staff is so friendly and attentive. There’s a large dog friendly patio, where they bring out a pup cup for your dog. It’s also very kid friendly with a kids menu and lots of high chairs. The menu is also very affordable. Their Sunday brunch was so good, we tried three different waffle variations and two egg and sausage sandwiches and it was all a hit with the kids. We will definitely stop by if ever in the area again. We got coffee to go and it was also very good.

Great atmosphere that works well for just about everyone! I'm talking about individuals looking for a quiet corner, small groups catching up, or even larger gatherings. There’s plenty of seating options too: indoor seating, outdoor seating, private areas, and even an upstairs section that’s shaded while still open to the outside air. The whole place feels welcoming and thoughtfully arranged. The staff is alert, efficient, and clearly knows what they’re doing at their respective stations. I especially want to give Ava some well-deserved recognition. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about the drinks, food, and how the entire cafe operates. Her charming demeanor makes her perfect for the register, and honestly, if I were a betting man, I’d say she’s probably the driving force behind the staff’s enthusiasm and most likely the team’s biggest cheerleader. In my very short interaction with her, it was easy to tell she’s amazing at what she does. I ordered a matcha latte, and it was immaculate. I didn’t get the barista’s name, but whoever made it absolutely knows how to make a great matcha latte. If I lived nearby, this would easily become my regular coffee spot. Unfortunately, I’ll just h

My partner and I love exploring local coffee shops, and this place was a true gem. It was incredibly busy when we arrived, but the staff went above and beyond—someone came to take our order while we were still standing in line, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the wait feel effortless. The brunch and coffee were both delicious, and the whole experience felt relaxed and welcoming. We especially enjoyed sitting outside in the shade on a warm spring day. It was the perfect spot to slow down and enjoy a great meal and great coffee. We’ll definitely be back if we’re in the area!

As a new Warner Robins resident I’ve been excited to try this spot, but was left extremely disappointed. We went around noon on Sunday 12/7 for brunch. They were out of Chai and Coca Cola for the day so we got smoothies. They were good but expensive for the size. As far as food we got the Yard Bird waffle, three chicken tenders, and the fried green tomatoes. The waffle was dry even with an entire serving of syrup poured on top. Furthermore, it was truly bland and unenjoyable. My chicken tenders tasted like real chicken but they were tough to bite through and also lacked flavor. The bacon bits were also sad, obviously pre bought and not made in house. The chicken tender meal came with fries that were obviously frozen and not seasoned at all. Ketchup just barely helped. As far as the chicken tenders for the meal goes, they came smothered in BBQ sauce. We had no idea that would be the case as the menu does not mention sauce and the cashier that took our order didn’t ask if we wanted it on the side or on the tenders. At the end of the day there was way too much sauce that made eating the tenders unenjoyable and ruined the taste. The fried green tomatoes were also mediocre, lacking flav
